About
Hi, I'm Jano Sanders.
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and I'm currently at Arizona State University earning my B.S. in Artificial Intelligence in Business. I came to AI from a coding background and once I saw how much the two had in common, I started learning everything I could. I built a few automations for family members who run local businesses, and after a lot of positive feedback, I figured why stop there and started my journey creating this business.
To be clear, I'm not here to replace anyone's job. I just take the tedious, repetitive work off people's plates so small-business owners and their teams can spend their time on the things that actually grow the business.
The name comes from permutation, the math of rearranging the same pieces into something new. That's how I see your business: the tools, the customers, the offers are all already there. My job is to put them together in an efficient and automated order. I work with just one or two clients at a time, so every build gets real attention. No agency middlemen, no offshore handoffs, you talk to me, I build it, I install it.
The puzzle theme isn't random. I grew up loving puzzles and the Rubik's cube was my favorite, even competing in speed-cubing competitions through the World Cube Association. I've always loved the moment when a messy problem suddenly clicks into place. That's what this work feels like: I look into how your business runs, then put in the hours building and debugging until the automation fits your business exactly. Getting a new puzzle to solve with every client is the part I love most
How I work
Four principles.
Small problems first
I'd rather ship a 2-hour automation that saves you 5 hours a week than pitch a six-month transformation.
Your tools, not new ones
I build inside what you already use — Gmail, Square, Sheets, Slack, Instagram. No giant migrations.
Flat prices, clear scope
You get a written scope and a flat build price up front. After launch, an optional monthly care plan keeps everything monitored, maintained, and improving — with a short monthly report so you always see what it's doing for you.
You own everything
All accounts, prompts, and automations live under your logins. If we part ways, nothing breaks.
Let's talk.
Free 30-minute audit. No pitch deck, no pressure.
